PRIVACY how we look after your data

At Armonía Visual we look after the information of the people who visit this site and write to us. Here we tell you, without fine print, what data is collected, what we use it for and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

This policy follows Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

Who is responsible

Armonía Visual, a creative agency in Medellín, Colombia, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site. You can contact us by:

What data the site collects

  • Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are visited, from what kind of device and how fast they load. This data is anonymous and aggregated: it uses no cookies and does not identify anyone.
  • Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept it in the cookie notice: when you open a page of the site or tap a WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok button, your browser sends that event to Meta, together with technical data (the page, your browser, your IP address) and its cookies. Meta may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account, if you have one. If you reject it, or while you have not decided, the site loads nothing from Meta.
  • WhatsApp conversations: if you write to us, we receive your number, your profile name and whatever you tell us. That conversation takes place on WhatsApp; the site does not store it.

The site has no forms or user accounts, and does not ask for sensitive data.

What we use it for

  • To understand which pages and services are of most interest, and to improve the site.
  • If you accept Meta cookies: to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show them to people who have already visited the site.
  • To reply to your messages, prepare quotes and provide the services you hire from us.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Who it is shared with

With Cloudflare, which hosts the site and counts visits, and with Meta Platforms, owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. These companies may process data outside Colombia, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

As the owner of your data, you have the right to:

  • Know what data of yours we hold.
  • Update and correct it if it is incomplete or wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Revoke the authorization you gave us to use it.
  • Ask for proof of that authorization and find out how we have used the data.
  • File a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Superintendence of Industry and Commerce) if we do not deal with your request.

How to exercise them

Write to us at [email protected] with your name, what you need and how to reply to you. We answer queries within 10 business days at most and complaints within 15 business days at most, as the law requires.

How to avoid tracking

  • The first time you visit the site we ask whether you accept Meta cookies. If you reject them, the pixel is never loaded. You can change your decision whenever you like under "Your decision about cookies", at the top of this page.
  • In your browser settings you can block or delete third-party cookies, or browse in a private window.
  • In your Meta ad preferences you can decide what data from other sites Facebook and Instagram use to show you ads.
